Refund Policy

We'd rather you paid for dinners you actually had. Here's when you get your money back.

Your first 14 days

If you're in the UK or EU, you have 14 days from joining to change your mind and get a full refund. Because Glütty starts working straight away, if you use the paid features in that window we may keep a fair amount for what you used. Just email us — no explanation needed.

The unused month refund

If your account had no activity at all for a full month, we'll refund that month's payment — the most recent one — if you ask.

Activity means any of these:

  • Starting or joining a meal
  • Scanning a menu or pulling one from a restaurant's website
  • Getting dish explanations, pictures or restaurant facts
  • Saving a place, planning a meal, or searching for a restaurant
  • Adding ratings, photos or a bill to a meal

Signing in, browsing demo content or reading your old dinners doesn't count as activity — so those alone won't cost you the refund.

How to ask

Email support@askglutty.com from the address on your account and say which month you mean. We'll check the account and reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days, and your membership stops at the end of that period.

What we can't refund

  • Months where the account was used, even once.
  • More than one month at a time — this covers the most recent payment only.
  • Part-months after you cancel. Cancelling keeps your access to the end of the period you've paid for; we don't pro-rate it.
  • Accounts closed by us for breaking the Terms of Service.
  • Repeated claims where the pattern suggests the policy is being gamed. We may decline and close the account.

Forgot you were paying?

It happens. Cancel any time from Membership in the app — it's two taps, no phone calls, no retention screens. Your meals, history and taste stay saved for whenever you come back.

Your legal rights

This policy sits on top of your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Nothing here takes those away.
